You can buy your next assessment for $20 at any time, or upgrade to InspectBook Pro for a monthly allowance. On Pro, your allowance resets every month, and you can switch on optional auto top-ups to keep going without interruption at 8 assessments per $5.

How much does a virtual consult with a licensed inspector cost?

Requesting a real inspector is always free, on every plan. When you escalate an assessment, you're matched with a licensed inspector or engineer for a virtual consult, and any fee for that consult is quoted up front before you commit, so there are no surprises.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel your InspectBook Pro subscription at any time from your account page, and you'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Purchased assessments are yours to keep and never expire. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your first assessment is free with no credit card required. After that, you add a payment method only when you buy a $20 assessment or upgrade to InspectBook Pro, both handled securely by Stripe.
